This hotel had a fantastic location, close enough to walk to both Bang Tao and Surin beaches. It was also conveniently near restaurants and other amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with spotless rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

- pleasant hotel not far from bang tao beach - most of personnel were very nice - spacious room, well equipped and clean + huge balcony - good but monotonous breakfast - mostly family couples around which makes the resort quiet - good beaches bang tao and surin - no problem to get to patong, airport, big malls by taxi

- not stable wi-fi - temprorary problems with living room air condition - not very tasty hotel restaurant food - not fair fines for furniture destruction :) but negotiatable :)

The 2 bedroom penthouse was very spacious and plenty of room for a family. It was good value for money when compared to other hotels.

The beds were too firm for us and the breakfast was not very good. The location meant paying a bit more for travel.

Great deal for a romantic escape. the room was huge with a gorgeous view of the pool. the breakfast was tasty, nutritious and filling. the hotel is conveniently located near many outstanding restaurants and a mere 15-minute walk to the beach.

The staff was quite slow and unresponsive, which was very frustrating. the spa felt like it was always closed and the kitchen was not fully equipped, as advertised.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close enough to walk to 2 beautiful beaches. You can easily reach the beach by a short walk or take advantage of the convenient shuttle bus provided by the hotel. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a private pool for added luxury.
